Terms of Use
Effective date: October 2026
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ZakitPro, operated by Abderrazak Elbouchikhi (Zak), sole proprietor ("we", "us"), the operator of zakitpro.com (the "site"). They apply when you browse the site, sign up for a free download, or buy a digital product. By doing any of those things you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What the site offers
Articles, guides, PowerShell scripts, runbooks, Copilot agent instructions, in-browser tools and downloads for IT professionals who manage Windows endpoints, Intune and Microsoft 365. Some downloads are free in exchange for your email address; some are paid digital products. Everything is general information; read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to use the site and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a product.
3. Free content and your licence
The site's text, PDFs, graphics and design are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to read the site and use what you learn in your own work. You may not republish, resell, redistribute or bulk-scrape the content or downloads, or present them as your own, without written permission. Quoting short passages with a link back is fine.
Script licences
- Free scripts published on the site, and the code in our public GitHub repository, are licensed under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify and distribute them under its terms, which include keeping the copyright and licence notice. MIT does not cover the site's articles, PDFs or design.
- Scripts in paid products are licensed to the buyer for use by one person or within one organization: you may use them internally and modify them for your own environment, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish or share them (modified or not) outside that person or organization. They are provided as-is, without warranty.
4. Paid digital products
- Checkout. Products are sold through Stripe Payment Links. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout and include any tax Stripe calculates. Stripe processes your payment under its own terms.
- Delivery. After payment you are returned to our thank-you page, which gives you a signed download link that expires after 24 hours. If a link expires or does not appear, email [email protected] and we will send a new one.
- Licence. Each product comes with a licence file that sets out its full terms. A Solo licence is for one named person, the buyer, including use at work. A Team licence is bought at checkout and covers up to 10 technicians at one company, or one MSP's internal staff, with the company named at checkout. Do not share the file or download link outside the people your licence covers, upload it publicly, or resell it.
- Refunds. See the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- Errors. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Scripts, runbooks and Copilot agent instructions: use at your own risk
Scripts, commands, runbooks, configuration steps and Copilot agent instructions, free or paid, are provided as-is, without warranty, and you use them at your own risk. They can change or remove settings, affect devices and users, and alter your security posture. Before using any of them you must read and understand them and test them in a non-production environment first, and you are responsible for backups, change control, and the results in your environment.
6. Acceptable use
Do not break the law using the site; attempt unauthorized access; overload, probe or interfere with it; bypass download gating or share signed links; submit someone else's email address; or harvest data with automated tools. We may block access that puts the site or other users at risk.
7. Feedback
If you send corrections or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything. Do not send credentials, tenant identifiers, customer data or other confidential information.
8. Third-party sites and affiliate links
We link to sites we do not control, including Microsoft, Stripe, Amazon and other vendors, and are not responsible for them. Some links are affiliate links; see the Affiliate Disclosure. Product names are trademarks of their owners; the site is independent of and not endorsed by Microsoft or any other vendor.
9. No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site, its content, tools and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, devices or business, arising from your use of the site, its scripts, runbooks, agent instructions, tools or products, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK: nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights, including your rights when digital content is faulty or not as described. Some U.S. states also do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site's scripts or content. This does not apply to consumers where the law prevents it.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Colorado, USA. Please email us first; most problems can be solved quickly. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. Changes and general terms
We may change the site or these terms. The updated terms apply from the "Last updated" date above; a purchase is governed by the terms in force when you made it. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms, with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
