Where affiliate links appear

  • Amazon Associates: hardware in the tools directory (for example the Synology DS225+) and book recommendations in some articles, such as Fix Intune Connector ODJConnectorSvc Logon Failure.
  • Hetzner Cloud in the tools directory may be a partner referral link; if it is, we may receive account credit or a commission when you sign up.

Other programs may be added later; affected pages will show a disclosure near the link and this list will be updated.

How this affects recommendations

We recommend tools we would use ourselves. A commission does not decide whether a product is listed or how it is described, and we do not accept paid placement. If we ever receive a product free or are paid to cover it, that page will say so. Our standards are in the Editorial Policy.
